Explore the ancient and powerful systems of Hatha Yoga

What this program offers:

 

  • Batch 5 schedule: 19th October - 8th November.

  • Classes will happen every morning between 8:00am to 10.30am. All sessions are mandatory to attend.​

  • The classes will be conducted by highly trained teachers certified by the Isha Foundation in India.

 

  • It extends a rare opportunity for self-discovery, inner transformation, and empowerment for individuals to reach their full potential all in the most beautiful and naturally healing, setting of Sanur - Bali.

  • It explores the ancient and powerful systems of Hatha Yoga:

      Upa Yoga, Surya Shakti, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Angamardana
 

  • The practices are not taught merely for physical fitness and strength. They are a holistic process of naturally achieving a certain mastery over the body and mind, so as to come to a state of health, joy, and bliss. 

 

  • Participants will be nurtured through the program in such a way that they will be set up with an entire regime to take home with them and practice on their own with post program support.

 

  • The participants will also experience a whole new dimension of practice with sessions dedicated to intensifying and deepening the practices.

 

  • A deep sense of awareness and understanding of your body and mind thereby providing you with the ability to free yourself from chronic ailments like diabetes, blood pressure etc.
