Bihun Goreng


- 2 portion of boiled bihun ( rice noodle ) *any brand you like

- 1 cup shimeji mushroom or shitake mushroom *sliced

- 1/2 bok choy *cut into medium size

- 1/2 cup carrot *cut into sliced ( julienne)

- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes *cut into half

- tofu cut into cubes, pan fried and season it with salt and pepper

- 2 inches ginger *grated

- 3 tbsp roasted sesame oil

- 2 tbsp cooking oil

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp black pepper or white pepper

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp oysters sauce

- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce or palm sugar

- 1 1/2 tsp mushroom seasoning

- chili oil *optional


1. Sautè ginger, carrot, bok choy stem and mushroom for 2 minutes and add bokchoy leaves stir it for another 1 minute

2. Add the boiled bihun and mix it together

3. Add the seasoning salt, pepper, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and mushroom seasoning *chili oil (optional) stir it until it well combine

4. Put it in the bowl, put cherry tomatoes and pan fried tofu on top and enjoy it.
