A series of 10 sessions, twice a week, designed in a step by step learning method to set you up with a practice that will enrich your life in many ways.
The 10 Days Wellbeing Program is a wonderful opportunity to learn ancient and powerful practices along with mindfullness that bring forth tremendous support to the system.
Choose from Weekday and Weekends with options for time slots
The class structure is such that attending all ten sessions is mandatory, otherwise you will be unable to continue with the rest program. Any catch-up classes required will incur an extra charge
