Our carefully curated one-day yoga retreat offers a unique opportunity to experience the tranquility of a yoga sanctuary right in the heart of the city.

The day begins with a warm welcome as you step into our serene and carefully curated space. Take a moment to leave behind the stresses of daily life and embrace the peaceful ambiance we've created just for you, setting the tone for a day of healing and relaxation.

  • During this session, you'll be guided through a dynamic and invigorating yoga sequence that will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired.

  • Led by highly experienced instructors, you'll flow through gentle and invigorating asanas to awaken your body and mind. 

  • Learn practical mindfulness techniques that you can integrate into your daily routine, allowing you to carry the retreat's calmness long after the day has passed.


Mindful Pranic Brunch, What you eat determines how you are in many ways. Our special food program is designed based on the guidelines by Sadhguru on food and eating right

  • Nourish your body with a wholesome and vegetarian brunch that emphasizes fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. 

  • Delight in the flavors of a thoughtfully prepared meal, promoting both physical and spiritual well-being.

  • Engage in mindful eating, savoring each bite as you foster a deeper connection with your food and the community of retreat participants.

Mid-Day Relaxation, after the workshop, indulge in some free time to unwind and recharge. Take a stroll in a nearby garden, and simply find a cozy spot to journal and reflect on your experiences so far.

Serenity in colorsafternoon brings a unique and inspiring collaborative workshop with guest painting teacher - Marianne, who will give you an understanding as well as build a solid foundation on how to start painting using watercolor medium. The theme for this session is to paint  "Blushing Garden" postcards using high quality art supplies  

Evening Meditation, the retreat culminates in a blissful evening meditation. You'll be gently guided into a state of profound relaxation and inner awareness, leaving you with a sense of harmony and balance.


Farewell and Closing, as the day comes to a close, you'll leave our sanctuary with a renewed spirit, a calm mind, and a deeper connection to yourself and the city around you. Carry the serenity of this day into your everyday life, knowing that you can always return to the sanctuary we've created in the heart of the city.
