Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to support you. Please take note of the following:

• If you need to cancel more than one week before the program begins, we’ll refund your fee minus a 30% cancellation charge to help cover administrative costs.

• Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within one week of the program start date.

• If a refund is applicable, please allow 3–4 weeks for processing.
