Yoga Systems Hatha Yoga School is different from a Yoga studio, our classes are aimed at providing you the experience and understanding of the fundamentals of Yoga and mindfulness. The classes are structured in an incremental learning method so it is very important not to miss any session.
The program is designed to support a holistic experience and promote a deeper connection with your body, mind and energy taking you away from the rigors of daily life into a completely relaxing and rejuvenating environment.
It is a wonderful opportunity to learn the ancient and powerful Isha Hatha Yoga Practices like Upa Yoga, Surya Shakti and Yogasanas over a prolonged duration guided closely by a highly trained teacher.
