To create a conducive class atmosphere for you to receive the practice(s), the teacher will arrive an hour before the class is scheduled.

For the yoga sessions to be offered in the best way possible, a committed, undisturbed, quiet indoor space is required (free of children, pets, noise, etc). There must be at least 3ft around the participant to do the practice.Also, the temperature of the space should not be too high.
