This is a guided learning process, not a drop-in class.
Over 5 weekends, you will be taken step-by-step through:
• Learning Surya Kriya with precision and ease
• Learning Surya Shakti as a supportive physical process
• Establishing both practices confidently within yourself
• Two final sessions of Nadi Shuddhi and Nada Yoga for integration, balance, and stillness
• Understanding how to sustain this as a lifelong personal practice
You are not just attending sessions — you are learning a practice for life.
What you will experience across 10 sessions (90 mins each)
