Coconut Coriander chutney


  • 1 cup Coriander

  • 1 cup Grated Coconut

  • 1/4 cup Roasted chana

  • 1/2 inch ginger

  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • as required water'

  • 1/2 tsp each Tadka (oil + mustard seeds + curry leaves)


  1. Take chutney ingredients (water, coriander, coconut, ginger, roasted chana dal, salt, sugar and lemon juice) in a grinder. Grind it to a smooth paste.

  2. Temper with tadka ingredients.

  3. Heat the oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds. Once it splutters.

  4. Add the curry leaves. Once done. Switch off the gas.

  5. Put it in the grinded paste.
