Ingredients
1 cup Coriander
1 cup Grated Coconut
1/4 cup Roasted chana
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
as required water'
1/2 tsp each Tadka (oil + mustard seeds + curry leaves)
Method
Take chutney ingredients (water, coriander, coconut, ginger, roasted chana dal, salt, sugar and lemon juice) in a grinder. Grind it to a smooth paste.
Temper with tadka ingredients.
Heat the oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds. Once it splutters.
Add the curry leaves. Once done. Switch off the gas.
Put it in the grinded paste.
