Coconut Rice



Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk

  • 1 cup Water

  • As per taste Salt

  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Grated

  • 1 tsp each Tadka (oil + mustard seeds + curry leaves)

  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped


Method

  1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds & curry leaves.

  2. Then add everything else till grated coconut

  3. Boil in a cooker to 2 whistles.

  4. Garnish with corianderleaves.
